I’m really pissed

yeah so remember how I was sent the confirmation for something I ordered a month ago
I was actually sent this item
and charged for it
and I can’t get in touch with them like

it’s not even bothering me that they’re charging me because I wasn’t charged for the other two
but like the fact that theyre not only charging me the price for overnight shipping a month later but the fact that they even have that sort of information an entire month is really scary

I have to wait a couple more minutes before I call because theyre not open till then.
I tried calling my bank and they said since the transaction is still a pending thing they can’t really do anythign about it until they accept the pending thing.
